Compact, rugged and reliable cable reel, designed for safe, easy use and dependable long-term service. Cast aluminum construction in yellow powder coat finish. Cable guide is adjustable every 5 degrees over a 270 degree arc. Ratchet lock is easy to disengage for constant tension. Reel cannot be "locked out" at full extension.
